The rarer Malignant counterparts are epithelioidhemangioendothelioma, hemangioendothelioma and angiosarcoma in increasing order of malignancy [1]. The diagnosis of these lesions is difficult both clinically and radiologically [2]. We report a case of highly aggressive epithelioidhemangioendothelioma and discuss the imaging findings [3].
