This was complicated by postoperative pressure alopecia at the occipital area of the Scalp [1]. This case describes a patient who developed this complication after undergoing sacrocolpopexy [2]. Her total operative time was 540 with 240 min in the Trendelenburg position [3]. She started complaining of Scalp Pain in the postoperative recovery area [4]. To avoid these disturbing complications, the mechanisms of the injury and the preventive measures should be recognized by anesthesiologists and surgeons [5].

Although its mechanism has not been clearly elucidated, a proposed risk factor is steep Trendelenburg positioning (30-40 degrees) that is frequently used during robotic gynecologic surgeries [6].
