A tetrad of reported laboratory abnormalities consisting of elevated liver enzymes, lactate dehydrogenase, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and hypoalbuminemia was detected [1]. Among epidemiological characteristics, a seasonal Distribution with most cases reported during warmer months, was the most prominent finding [2]. The first patient improved after empirical treatment with doxycycline, the second recovered following treatment with azithromycin [3]. Aberration was detected through the reported cases of 19 notifiable infectious diseases nationwide from July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2010 [4]. For non-cholera infectious diarrhea, dysentery, typhoid and paratyphoid, and epidemic mumps, it was P(60) [5].

We propose a predictive system for tentative diagnosis of rickettsiosis based on relevant clinical attributes [6]. A serological survey was conducted on 113 antenatal patients presenting to a district hospital in Kokopo, East New Britain [7]. Infection of endothelial Cells (ECs) lining vessel walls, and the resultant Vascular Inflammation and haemostatic alterations are salient pathogenetic features of both of these rickettsial diseases [8]. Furthermore, mRNA expression of the chemokines interleukin (IL)-8 and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 in ECs infected with either Rickettsia species was higher than the corresponding controls, but there were distinct differences in the secretion patterns for IL-8, suggesting the possibility of involvement of post-transcriptional control mechanisms or differences in the release from intracellular storage sites [9]. leptospirosis and tsutsugamushi diseases have been noticed as major public health problems since 1980s [10].

At that time Łódź just like other industrial conurbations, was in a very difficult economic, social and epidemiological situation [11]. Typhi was compared with the indirect immunoperoxidase test (IIP) [12].
