Histopathological examination of a skin biopsy specimen from the peripheral region of the Macule showed the typical features of lichen planus [1]. Some Eruptions were Macular, whereas the majority had a slightly raised edge with central clearing [2]. Great variability in morphology of skin lesions was found and patients with Discoid lupus erythematosus-like changes, cicatricial alopecia, xanthelasma-like lesions and an annular lichen planus-like picture were observed [3].
